Due to continued growth our Bardon site are now recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator on a full time permanent basis.

Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Working hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4pm. 

As a Customer Service Administrator you will monitor and report stock movements to customers, offering outstanding support and customer service in a fast paced friendly environment and providing a continuous professional and dedicated service.

Key Duties of a Customer Service Administrator:

  • Creating and communicating of all Customer reports and monitoring systems.
  • Resolving customer queries, providing PODs, and interrogating system discrepancies.
  • Liaising with Stock Team to resolve system issues.
  • Gathering data and reporting site financials on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Compiling data for Customer Account Manager in preparation for reviews.
  • Maintaining and tracking empty pallet movements for all customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Cover for Customer Services Manager.
  • Liaise with company management to support and implement growth strategies.
  • Other duties as reasonably required.
