Overall responsibility to manage and support our Network Partners, ensuring their long-term sustainability and consistent delivery of high-quality service. This includes attracting suitable partners who align with our strategic goals, supporting their profitability within the inter-partner rate framework, and driving year-on-year growth in input volume through collaborative efforts with the Commercial team.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hour week.

Key Responsibilities of a Network Director: 

  • Responsible for the management of TPN’s 140 Partner depots.
  • Responsible for a team of Regional Network Managers.
  • Responsible for service performance, operational efficiency and building strong relationships with our Partners.
  • Work to attract new partners to join TPN.
  • Implementing strategies for growth and efficiency.
  • Attract quality new partners to support TPN’s strategy of best partner, every postcode.
  • Responsible for ensuring no gaps in our network, managing, and reducing support payments made to our network.
  • Risk management of network to ensure no uncontrolled exits.
