We’re looking for an experienced Record to Report (R2R) Manager to join our Finance Operations Centre in Birchwood. In this key leadership role, you’ll take ownership of the R2R function across a complex, multi-entity environment—driving accuracy, control, and continuous improvement while shaping a high-performing team.

This is more than just a reporting role. You’ll play a central part in building and evolving a modern finance function, partnering with senior stakeholders and helping to set the standard for excellence.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading end-to-end month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Ensuring balance sheet integrity and strong financial control
• Overseeing complex accounting areas and providing technical guidance (IFRS/UK GAAP)
• Managing intercompany, reporting, and statutory accounts
• Acting as a key contact for audit and senior finance stakeholders
• Coaching and developing a high-performing R2R team
• Driving process improvement, standardisation, and automation initiatives
