We have an exciting opportunity for a Transport Planning Supervisor to join our friendly team at our Minworth site on a full time permanent basis!

Salary: £40,749 per annum.

Working hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. 

As a Transport Planning Supervisor you will support the delivery of the Transport Budget with respect to own Fleet Usage and Haulier spend. The role will support the Transport Function in optimising and providing the most cost effective transport solutions to the business.

Key Duties of a Transport Planning Supervisor:

• Review the daily Transport Plan to drive out efficiencies.
• Ensure that sufficient staff are on shift each day and Payroll / Annual Leave is covered / completed on Horizon.
• Source 3rd Party Work and increase backhaul revenue.
• Publish Daily KPIs / Daily Stats ensuring targets are met.
• Ensure Service Level Agreements are exceeded.
• Carry out any additional work requested by the Transport Planning Manager.
