What You’ll Do

As a business, we pride ourselves in providing an excellent work life balance for our colleagues by operating on a 4 On 4 Off Shift Pattern. Colleagues can choose from the following shift patterns:

• 4 on 4 off Permanent Night Shift – 19.00pm to 7.00am - Hourly Rate of £15.34. 
• 4 on 4 off Permanent Day Shift – 07.00am to 19.00pm Hourly Rate of £13.92.

Plus an excellent bonus scheme where some workers are earning an additional £5 per hour – This is based on case picks per hour. 

The salary is dependent on shift pattern, with overtime opportunities available. Overtime shifts are paid at time and a half (x1.5) of the standard hourly rate for each hour worked.
