The Role

You’ll be responsible for transporting chilled food products (including cheese, juice, and yoghurts) using refrigerated and multi-temperature trailers.

Day-to-day includes:

• RDC deliveries and collections
• Drop-and-swap operations
• Occasional self-tipping
• Early morning and flexible start patterns

Shift Pattern & Pay

5 ON / 3 OFF rota (Days & Nights available)
💷 £42,205.36 basic salary

Shift Premiums:

• Start between 12:00 – 19:59: +£10 per shift
• Start between 20:00 – 03:59: +£15 per shift

Overtime Rates:

• Monday–Friday: £17.24/hr
• Saturday: £20.49/hr
• Sunday: £23.30/hr

Additional Earnings:

• Driver duty premium (11+ hour shifts)
• Performance bonus
• Night out allowance: £25 per night
• Shift allowances (where applicable)
