Shift: Monday-Friday 06:00am-14:00pm.

Salary: £33,437.64 per annum

This is a hands-on, shop-floor role leading a production line of 3–10 operatives within a fast-paced, chilled environment working with products such as milk, cheese, juices, yoghurts and mousses.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading and motivating your team to meet daily production targets
• Supporting and actively participating in production activities
• Maximising efficiency across time, labour and equipment
• Completing production checks and ensuring product quality meets specifications
• Maintaining traceability, hygiene, GMP and safety standards
• Monitoring waste and driving continuous improvement
• Communicating issues and managing machinery faults
• Assisting with training, development and cover during absence/holidays
• Moving pallets and supporting varied line work as required
