We are looking for a confident and hands-on Warehouse Team Leader to join our Minworth operation in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a fast-paced, modern warehouse environment where you will lead a team to help deliver excellent service for a range of key customers.

In this role, you will support the Shift Manager in leading, motivating and developing the team, while making sure productivity, quality, health and safety, and customer service standards are achieved every day. You will play a key part in keeping the operation running smoothly and ensuring all customer requirements are delivered to a high standard.

This is a full-time, permanent position working 4 on 4 off Nights 18:00 to 06:00.

Salary: Up to £38,000 Per Annum dependent on experience paid monthly, plus £2,000 Night Shift Premium
